Introducing Famous Places Mumbles

Here is a new series of Mumbles, based on names of well-known places.

Since places have a well-defined latitude and longitude, an oracle has been given in the form of a portion of the coordinates. Readers can confirm their answers by locating the corresponding coordinates. Wikipedia conveniently gives the coordinates in the top right corner of the relevant page.

The oracle mentions only the minutes — for example, a place at North 22 33′ 44″ East 55 66′ 77″ would be displayed as N33′ E66′. There is of course a small chance that a wrong answer happens to satisfy the oracle – but that is under 1 in 10,000.
